USA & Canada Delivery
All 48 contiguous US states and Canada covered from our regional depot network.
7–14 Business Days
Standard lead time from order confirmation to delivery at your site.

Delivery within 100 miles of our depots is included in most listed prices.
Delivery Methods
Tilt-Bed (Rollback) Truck
Our most common method. The truck bed tilts and the container slides off onto your site. Requires approximately 60 ft of clear space in front of the drop point and firm, level ground.
Flatbed with Forklift
Used where tilt-bed access is restricted. A forklift lifts the container off the flatbed and places it precisely. Requires a forklift with sufficient capacity at your site, or we can arrange one.
Crane Offload
For rooftop placements, tight access, or over obstacles. Crane offload is quoted separately — contact sales for pricing based on your site and container size.
Site Requirements
- • Level, firm ground (gravel, concrete, asphalt, or compacted dirt)
- • Minimum 14 ft clearance height for overhead obstacles (power lines, branches, structures)
- • Access road capable of supporting a loaded semi-truck (approximately 80,000 lbs GVW)
- • At least 60 ft of unobstructed space in front of the final container position for tilt-bed delivery
- • Someone present at the delivery site to direct placement and sign the delivery receipt
If your site has limited access, low clearance, soft ground, or other challenges, contact us before placing your order so we can arrange the right delivery method and avoid re-delivery fees.
Delivery Costs
Delivery within 100 miles of our regional depots is included in the listed price for most standard containers. For deliveries beyond 100 miles, an additional per-mile charge applies and will be quoted before you place your order.
Special delivery methods (crane, forklift, liftgate) and difficult-access sites are priced individually. All additional charges are disclosed upfront — there are no hidden fees.
Tracking Your Delivery
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link and an estimated delivery window. You can also view live order status in your Boxora account. Our dispatch team will call you 24 hours before delivery to confirm the time slot.
Alaska, Hawaii & International
We can arrange delivery to Alaska and Hawaii by special arrangement — typical lead times are 3–6 weeks and additional freight costs apply. For international shipping, please contact our team for a custom quote.
